Full time HR Generalist opportunities in multiple locations including Solon and Aurora.
This position is responsible for multiple in office duties including receiving resumes, conducting interviews, coaching staff and the onboarding process.
Job Duties/Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Human Resources including recruiting duties
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Complete onboarding process and necessary paperwork
- Create and track employee accounts and document appropriately
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
