Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Production Associates to join our clean room manufacturing team. This position involves assembling and preparing products using various hand tools while maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in a controlled environment where precision matters.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble and build components using hand tools and measurement devices
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams for product assembly
• Maintain a clean and contaminant-free work area in accordance with clean room standards
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and specification compliance
• Record production data and complete necessary documentation accurately
• Work cooperatively with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily goals
• Adhere to all safety, PPE, and quality control procedures
• Cross-train on additional workstations as needed
Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing, clean room, or assembly environment preferred
• Strong hand-eye coordination and comfort using manual tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-first mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35–50 lbs as needed
• Consistent and reliable attendance required
