Job Full Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to help support daily warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and general organization. This is a first shift position located in Solon, applicants must live within 30 minutes of the facility in order to be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse

Process and prepare orders accurately and on time

Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management

Ensure inventory records match physical stock
-
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
-
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Forklift certification preferred (will train if needed)

Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
-
Experience with freight carriers is an asset
