Job Full Description
Job Title: Warehouse / Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (35 hours)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role combines customer support responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work, including inventory movement and order handling. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with customers while also performing physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to audio products
- Process warranty claims, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve outstanding concerns
- Perform warehouse duties including heavy lifting and material handling
- Operate pallet jacks and assist with loading/unloading shipments
- Support large inventory relocation and organization projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Warehouse experience – loading/unloading, material handling, shipping & receiving, etc.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer skills and ability to learn new programs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
