Recruiting & Marketing Assistant

Express Employment Professionals, a top-ranked staffing agency in the Cleveland/Akron area, is growing and looking to add a Recruiting & Marketing Assistant to our team at our brand-new Twinsburg office!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a mix of recruiting, marketing, and customer service skills.
This would be a Contract to Hire position in our office - Pay range $20-22 / hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client workforce needs
- Conduct candidate sourcing through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, networking, and community outreach
- Perform high-volume outreach including phone calls, texts, and emails to engage potential candidates
- Screen and assess applicants to match skills and experience with client requirements
- Schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews
- Maintain social media presence with job postings and other employment content to build and maintain strong following
- Assist with job fairs, community events, and campus recruiting efforts
- Support front office operations including answering phones and assisting with onboarding
- Provide friendly, professional service to all job seekers and create a positive first impression
Qualifications:
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and interacting with the public
- Friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality
- Strong computer skills, including social media platforms and email/text marketing tools
- Ability to multitask, including typing while speaking with candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer service mindset with a professional demeanor
