Call Center Representative Job Description:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing assistance and coordinating service needs.
Schedule service appointments with local technicians based on customer requests and availability.
Review service tickets for accuracy, completeness, and overall quality.
Maintain clear and accurate customer and service information while handling multiple calls and scheduling needs.

Experience Required:

1+ year of customer service and office/administrative experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer and keyboard proficient, with experience using Microsoft Office and working in primarily paperless environments.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize shifting demands, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong active listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills with a professional, empathetic approach to working with customers and internal teams.
