Job Title: Sprinter Van Driver
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible, polite, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Sprinter Van Driver. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to navigate using GPS and other technologies effectively. Safety is a top priority, and we are looking for someone who practices safety protocols to the fullest.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Sprinter van to transport goods and/or passengers as required
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with clients
- Use GPS and other navigation tools to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries
- Handle packages or materials, including lifting, standing, pulling, and twisting with ease (ability to lift 20-30 lbs)
- Maintain a clean driving record (MVR) and undergo background checks (BG)
- Follow all safety and traffic laws while driving
- Self-starter with a great attitude and ability to work independently
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and care
Requirements:
- Previous driving experience, particularly with sprinter vans
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, lift, twist, and handle packages weighing 20-30 lbs
- Strong customer service mindset
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use GPS and other mobile technology
- Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the job
- Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check (BG)
