Job Title: General Laborer – Paint & Blast Department
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $18 – $20/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Occasional Mandatory Overtime on Fridays
Job Type: Temporary (3–4 month assignment)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support operations in our Paint & Blast Department. This is a hands-on role involving physical labor, machinery operation, and materials handling in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload paint trollies efficiently and safely

Operate a spin blast machine according to safety guidelines

Shovel and manage sand for the temporary blast booth

Perform various general labor and material handling tasks as assigned

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:

Previous experience in general labor or industrial environments preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Comfortable working in a dusty or noisy environment

Willingness to work occasional mandatory overtime on Fridays
