Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor – 3rd Shift
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our third-shift operations. This position requires a dynamic individual who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and willing to lead by example on the warehouse floor. You’ll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and ensure the smooth flow of nightly operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nightly warehouse operations, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and safety.

Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments and documentation.

Work directly on the floor when necessary to support team members in meeting deadlines.

Operate sit-down propane forklifts to move products as needed.

Train, coach, and manage warehouse associates on best practices and company procedures.

Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).

Utilize computers and technology platforms for order tracking, reporting, and workflow management.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Conduct nightly shift reports and communicate with leadership on operational status.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience, preferably in shipping and receiving.

Strong hands-on warehouse floor experience; willing to physically assist the team when needed.

Proficient with computers; comfortable using WMS, Excel, and other tech platforms.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

Certified or experienced in operating sit-down propane forklifts.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
