Warehouse / Assembly / Forklift Associate
Location: West Jefferson, Ohio
Pay: $19.50–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse / Assembly / Forklift Associates to join our team in West Jefferson, Ohio. This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including warehouse operations, assembly, material handling, and forklift operation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, following safety procedures, and assisting with daily production and shipping needs.
Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.

Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials.

Assemble products and components according to work instructions and quality standards.

Load and unload trucks and move materials to designated production or storage areas.

Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy, quality, and damage.

Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all safety procedures.

Assist with inventory control and ensure materials are stored correctly.

Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Perform additional warehouse, assembly, and material-handling duties as needed.
Qualifications

Previous warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or forklift experience preferred.

Forklift experience required or willingness to demonstrate the ability to operate equipment safely, depending on the assignment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
