Position Overview
The Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding market presence. This role requires strong sales acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for helping businesses maintain clean and healthy environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.

Conduct market research to assess client needs and cleaning service demands.

Cultivate strategic relationships with corporate businesses, facility managers, and property owners.
Sales & Revenue Growth

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Develop tailored proposals that meet client requirements and budget considerations.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements to successfully close deals.
Client Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Address inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Strategic Planning & Reporting

Track sales metrics, client engagement, and market trends.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

Collaborate with operations teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial cleaning services or facility management.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
