Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business development, acquiring new clients, negotiating service contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires proactive outreach, strategic thinking, and a passion for providing high-quality maintenance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify potential clients across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government sectors.

Conduct market research to understand client maintenance needs and service gaps.

Develop and execute outreach initiatives, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Sales & Contract Negotiation

Present tailored maintenance solutions to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements aligned with client needs and company goals.

Build long-term partnerships with facility managers and business owners.
Relationship Management & Customer Engagement

Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address service concerns.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand maintenance service offerings.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and service delivery.
Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Track and report key sales metrics, including conversion rates and client retention.

Monitor industry trends to refine sales strategies and capture new market opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills

Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in facility maintenance, commercial cleaning, or industrial services.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all business levels.

Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for client visits and networking).
