Job Full Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of both the interior and exterior areas of our apartment buildings. This role will also assist with light maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, lawns, and common spaces

Pick up trash and debris around the property and dispose of it properly

Clean entryways, stairwells, hallways, laundry rooms, and other interior common areas

Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, clearing minor clogs, and assisting with unit turnovers

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property manager

Assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal, salting walkways, or leaf cleanup

Maintain groundskeeping equipment and notify management of any needed repairs
Qualifications:

Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial work, or general maintenance preferred

Ability to work independently and follow a regular schedule

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Basic knowledge of hand tools and light maintenance tasks

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
