Hybrid Driver / Production Associate
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Hybrid Driver / Production Associate to support operations at a frozen seafood manufacturing facility. This role is split approximately 70% driving and 30% warehouse/production work and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing daily priorities.
The ideal candidate is flexible, reliable, and comfortable pivoting between driving routes and production duties as operational needs fluctuate.
Schedule & Hours

Start times vary between 4:00am and 8:00am

Production shifts begin at 4:00am

Driver shifts begin between 6:00am and 8:00am, depending on route assignments

A baseline weekly schedule will be established initially, with flexibility required as workload demands change

Key Responsibilities
Driving Duties (Approx. 70%)

Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport frozen seafood products

Complete local delivery routes efficiently and on schedule

Load and unload products while maintaining cold-chain integrity

Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues

Follow all DOT, safety, and company procedures
Production / Warehouse Duties (Approx. 30%)

Assist with frozen seafood production and packaging

Work in cold storage and freezer environments as required

Prepare products for shipment according to quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area

Support production team during high-volume periods
Qualifications
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience in warehouse, production, or food manufacturing preferred

Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods

Strong reliability and attendance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to adapt schedule and duties as needed
