Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a professional and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to questions
- Communicate professionally with customers in English and Spanish
- Assist customers with orders, account information, and general inquiries
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the computer system
- Respond to emails and other customer correspondence
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer needs
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
