Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a full time Maintenance Technician (exterior) for a Property Management company in the Hilliard area! We are a full-service staffing firm working with local companies to fill jobs with great talent like you!
In this role you will:
- Provide professional and efficient service to residential condominium communities in Central OH
- Fulfill work orders and repairs for plumbing, electrical, woodwork, and exterior fixtures.
- Clean up work area after each job.
We like to hear from candidates with:
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Presentable and well groomed (customer facing).
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently or under direct supervision.
