Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a full time Staff Accountant in the Dublin area! This is an evaluation hire. We are a full-service staffing firm working with local companies to fill jobs with great talent like you!
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Accounts Receivable: Responsible for creating invoices, applying payments, investigating past due invoices and sending monthly statements to customers.
- Accounts Payable: Responsible for entering invoices, running weekly check runs, investigating discrepancies, paying invoices by credit card and reconciling credit card statements.
- General: Responsible for updating spreadsheets, filing and creating reports to support production. Supports the Accounting Manager with weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and analysis.
We like to hear from candidates with:
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience with Solomon Accounting Software
- Experience with MRP software
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Access experience
