Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals, Dayton South, is now hiring a 1st shift bilingual Landscaping Foreman for the Centerville, OH area for $18/hour and up based on experience. This will be a direct hire position.
A Landscaping Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising of grounds, landscaping, and maintenance projects. Their duties include:
- Planning and design: Planning and designing landscaping and grounds maintenance activities.
- Project management: Supervising and coordinating the work of a crew on a specific project.
- Safety: Ensuring that safety practices are followed.
- Driving company trucks/vehicles.
- Inventory: Requisitioning and inventorying tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Client consultation: Consulting with clients to determine their landscaping needs.
- Hands-on tasks: Performing hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming.
- Training: Training and overseeing landscape workers.
- Cost estimates: Preparing cost estimates.
- Irrigation and land mowing: Handling irrigations and land mowing.
Requirements:
- MUST BE bilingual (English/Spanish).
- MUST HAVE previously been a Landscaping Foreman. - this is required!
- MUST HAVE 2 + years' experience. - this is required!
- MUST HAVE great attendance.
- MUST BE willing to interview.
