Duties:
- Attention to detail.
- Heavy lifting.
- Working with heat.
- On your feet most of the day.
- Setup and operate coating machinery.
- Ensure proper rack placement.
- Monitor coating thickness and quality to meet standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a coating or plating environment is often preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of coating techniques and materials, particularly in areas like powder coating or electroplating, is beneficial.
- Physical ability to lift and move materials, potentially up to 100 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent vision and depth perception are important for quality control.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
