Automotive Company located in Findlay, OH is looking to add General Associates to their team. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, be organized and self-motivated.
Job Duties Include:

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

Assemble automotive components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications and quality standards.

Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure product conformity.

Follow standardized work instructions and maintain accurate production records as required.

Support daily production targets and cycle time goals, reporting any delays or issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
