Job Full Description
Our client in the Tiffin area is looking for a 3rd shift supervisor!
Pay: $65k+/year (depending on experience)
Shift: 3rd shift (TBA)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and maintenance staff
- Manage shift pass-downs
- Complete evaluations
- Ensure schedule is being followed by employees
- Complete changeovers
- Operate machinery
- Complete and/or assist with minor machine repairs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a production supervisor MINIMUM
- Ability to operate forklifts
- Good math skills
- Mechanically inclined
