Part-Time Customer Service & Office Assistant
Location: Cleveland – West Side
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 20–30 hours per week
Pay: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Customer Service/Office Assistant to join our team on Cleveland’s west side. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys a mix of administrative and hands-on tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments, including new bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Provide excellent customer service to both callers and in-person visitors
- Process transactions for in-shop purchases
- Assist with daily upkeep of retail and back-office areas, including cleaning and organizing
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills—both in person and over the phone
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and CRM systems
- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with the public
- Ability to pass drug and background screenings
- Must be ok with cats.
- Should be open to learning about extermination.
Experience Needed
- At least 2 years of administrative experience
- Background in customer service, appointment scheduling, and working directly with the public
