Purchasing Coordinator
Location: Cleveland, Ohio – East Side
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring that materials, raw stock, and consumables are sourced accurately and delivered on time. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and maintain Item Master Data within the Sage 100 system
• Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (EOS‐PR‐001)
• Create, track, and manage purchases using Sage 100
• Maintain purchasing records and support cost‐control initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure material needs are met
Qualifications
• Proficiency with Sage 100 is required
• Prior purchasing experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• EOS experience preferred
• Ability to pass a full drug screen (including THC)
