Equipment/Machine Maintenance Tech
Location: Cleveland, OH
Pay: $18 to $25
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment/Machine Maintenance Tech to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing on equipment and machinery
- Conduct electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out timely repairs or replacements
- Ensure all machines and equipment remain fully operational and safe
- Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
- Support general facility maintenance activities as needed
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in:
- Machine and equipment maintenance
- Hydraulic and electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Ability to read and understand:
- Blueprints
- Schematics
- Technical drawings
- Proficiency using:
- Hand tools and power tools
- Measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.)
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
