Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Laundry Attendant / Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, assisting with laundry and dry-cleaning operations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and patrons
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and assist customers with using washers and dryers
- Review services offered and help guide customers through available options
- Process customer transactions for products and services
- Assist with laundry drop-off and pick-up orders
- Check in and check out dry-cleaning orders accurately
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
- General cleaning supplies

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and highly dependable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Basic computer and phone skills
- Ability to operate or learn:
- Commercial washers and dryers
- Point-of-sale systems
- Experience with general cleaning and organizational tasks
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
