Job Full Description
We are looking for a dependable Hardscaping Associate who is willing to learn, work hard, and take pride in their work. This position is hands-on and involves assisting with the installation of various hardscape projects while working as part of a team in an outdoor construction environment.
The Hardscaping Associate will work alongside a crew and follow the direction of the Foreman to complete projects efficiently and correctly. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. No two days are exactly the same, and the ability to adapt to different tasks is important.
Responsibilities include:

Assisting with the installation of pavers, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features

Preparing job sites by moving materials, tools, and equipment

Digging, grading, and leveling as directed

Operating hand tools and basic power tools safely

Loading and unloading materials from trucks and trailers

Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

Following safety guidelines and company procedures

Working cooperatively with team members
Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping is a plus but not required

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials

Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Strong work ethic and reliability

Willingness to learn and take direction
Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 7:30AM - Until End.
Pay: Based on experience.
