Job Title: Production & Packaging Associate

Job Summary:
A local jerky company in Medina is hiring dependable individuals to join its production team. This role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, including direct handling of raw meat and ready-to-eat products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packaging Department:
- Pack ready-to-eat jerky products with attention to quality and food safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
- Raw Room:
- Tray raw meat in preparation for the cooking process.
- Assist in prepping raw materials to ensure smooth production flow.
- General Production:
- Rotate through various areas of the plant as needed.
- Work with both raw and cooked products in a clean, controlled environment.
Requirements:
- Must be comfortable working around raw meat.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift as needed.
- Must follow all hygiene and safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
- Regular Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Cell phones (must be stored in lockers or lunchroom on silent)

- Nail polish, fake nails
- Shorts, capris, tank tops, muscle shirts
