Join a leading metal finishing and fabrication company that specializes in powder coating, E-coating, and custom metal solutions for industrial and retail clients. This is a mid to long term assignment!
🛠️ Open Roles & Shifts
We’re hiring for multiple positions with steady hours and great team vibes:
🔹 Loaders
🕕 Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
🔧 Start the day by preparing items for the powder coat line—hooking and staging materials for processing.
🔹 Unloaders
🕗 Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📦 Carefully remove finished products from the line, inspect for quality, and organize for packing.
🔹 Pack Out Team
🕗 Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🎁 Finalize the process by packing completed items, labeling, and preparing them for shipment.
💲 Pay & Schedule
💵 Pay: $18/hour
🕗Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🎯 Responsibilities
- 🔩 Hook objects on the production line for powder coat paint line equipment
- ✅ Ensure quality control and proper application of powder coat
- 🤝 Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- 🧼 Maintain a clean and safe work environment
