🔧 Production Associate – Assembly & Packing
📍 Wooster, OH | 💵 $16/hr | 🕒 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (OT available!)
A well-established metal finishing company in Wooster, Ohio, is looking for looking for reliable and motivated Production Associates to join their team!
What You’ll Do:
📦 Assemble boxes and pack finished products
🔄 Load/unload parts onto racks for metal finishing
🧼 Keep your work area clean and organized
⚠️ Follow all safety protocols
🚜 Operate material handling equipment (training provided!)
🤝 Help with other production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
🔧 Manufacturing experience is a plus
💪 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
👀 Strong attention to detail
🗣️ Good communication and teamwork skills
📈 Willingness to learn and grow
📅 Schedule & Pay:
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay: $16.00/hour
- Weekly Hours: 40+
