Administrative Assistant (Law Office)

We’re hiring a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support a busy law office in Medina. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys being the first point of contact and keeping things organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Screen callers to determine urgency and validity of inquiries
- Schedule appointments after attorney approval
- Read, respond to, and organize emails as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the office
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior phone experience required (VOIP experience a plus)
- Ability to professionally screen and prioritize calls
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- High school diploma required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
Schedule & Work Setting
- Fridays required (in‑person preferred)
- Remote work may be available as needed by arrangement
Pay
- $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
