🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Occasional overtime; rare weekend shifts)

✨ What You’ll Do
As our Production Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader on the floor—supporting your team, driving efficiency, and ensuring our products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You’ll:
- Lead daily production activities to achieve optimal output and maintain productivity, quality, food safety, and safety standards.
- Provide clear daily goals, coaching, feedback, and recognition to your team.
- Support training programs for new and current employees.
- Assist with employee relations, conflict resolution, evaluations, and corrective actions alongside management.
- Allocate team members strategically to ensure goals are met on time.
- Handle end-of-day documentation, product tracking, and inventory reporting.
- Oversee daily cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Jump in on the production floor when needed—this is a working supervisor role.
🧰 What You Bring
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in a production environment (food manufacturing strongly preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety rules and regulations.
- Ability to lead with professionalism, communicate clearly, and solve problems quickly.
- A hands-on mentality and willingness to support your team wherever needed.
