Job Description
A local foundry is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working with customers, and keeping processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Review and send order acknowledgments
- Track and update outside purchase orders
- Organize and file job history, drawings, and documents
- Perform document control and scanning
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Review premium orders to stay on schedule
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
