Entry-Level Welder (Rittman, OH)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Welder to join our team. No prior certification is required—we provide hands-on training for the right candidate. This is a great opportunity to start a stable career in manufacturing and skilled trades.
Schedule: 7:00a-3:30p Monday- Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic welding tasks under supervision
- Read and follow simple blueprints or work instructions
- Prepare materials and maintain organized work areas
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- No certification required; willingness to learn is essential
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
