Location: Rittman, OH
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of welding—whether through school, previous work, or hands-on exposure—and are looking to grow their skills. We provide hands-on training to help you develop into a skilled welder.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with welding tasks under supervision
- Perform basic welds and continue developing skills through on-the-job training
- Read and follow simple blueprints or work instructions
- Prepare materials and maintain an organized work area
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of welding preferred (education, hobby, or entry-level experience)
- No certification required; training is provided
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
