CNC Operator (No Experience Required – Training Provided)
Location: Wadsworth, OH
Job Summary
We are hiring a CNC Operator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. No prior CNC experience is required—we provide hands-on training to teach you everything you need to succeed. Starting pay begins at $16/hour and increases based on experience and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Review work orders, part prints, and inspection sheets to understand job requirements
- Learn to operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts
- Train on basic machine offsets and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Assist with setting up machines and entering commands under supervision
- Monitor machine operation and check parts for quality and accuracy
- Change cutting tools and adjust workpieces as needed during machining
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- No CNC experience required – training provided
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in working with machines is helpful
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to read basic prints or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, machinery, oils, etc.)
