Night Shift Production Associate
Pay: $20 per hour to start (potential for raises within the year)
Schedule: 3rd shift Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts)
Training on 1st shift
Job Summary:
The team is seeking individuals with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving corrugated materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed corrugated materials into production machinery accurately and efficiently
- Continuously lift, position, and feed materials weighing 20–50 lbs into equipment
- Perform repetitive bending, lifting, and feeding motions throughout the shift
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Support continuous operation by responding quickly to production interruptions
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions and productivity
- Perform quality checks and follow all safety and production procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete required documentation accurately
Qualifications & Skills:
- High mechanical aptitude with demonstrated troubleshooting ability
- Strong motivation, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
- Proven dependability and consistent attendance
- Ability to work overnight hours consistently
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (20–50 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Prior manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience
- Experience working with corrugated or similar materials is a plus
