Utility & Warehouse Associate
$19.00- $20/Hour
First Shift: 7a-3p M-F
We are hiring a Manufacturing Utility Associate for a growing local manufacturer. This is a hands-on role supporting warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, facility upkeep, and production activities. If you're dependable, organized, and enjoy staying busy, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package materials for shipment (With forklift)
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the building
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments
- Stage materials for production operations
- Operate a cut-off saw to cut material to specifications
- Move materials and products throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility
Qualifications
- Forklift experience
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment
