Warehouse Operator
Job Shift: Mon-Fri 6PM-2:30AM
Job Pay: $18-$20

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day staging, picking, packing, and movement of materials for customer orders and shipments while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Pick and stage materials for order fulfillment
- Break down bulk bundles to meet customer-specific requirements
- Package materials according to customer specifications
- Operate sit-down and/or side-loader forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
- Enter and confirm work orders and inventory transactions in warehouse management systems
- Maintain productivity standards while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform additional warehouse duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a skills assessment covering reading comprehension, basic mathematics, measurement, inspection, attention to detail, and problem-solving
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred (2+ years preferred)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using warehouse software systems
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, lifting, bending, and operating warehouse equipment
- Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings and physical assessments
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift operating experience
- Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillment
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
