Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

In this role, you will support production operations by assisting with machining and fabrication processes while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Load and position parts for machining and forming processes
- Identify and report production issues or defects promptly
- Perform first article inspections to ensure product quality
- Read and follow routers, schedules, and standard work instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all quality assurance standards and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
