Job Full Description
Job Title: Machine Operator - Press Operator
Shifts Available: All Shifts
Salary: $18.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines, including loading coil, adjusting levelers, and aligning dies
- Coordinate multiple press operations
- Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Set dies within scheduled time frames
- Organize tools and equipment for efficient die changes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a non-repetitive basis
- High school level reading and writing skills
- Mechanical aptitude and above-average dexterity
- Accountability for quality, productivity, and safety goals
