Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Purchasing Agent / Vendor Customer Service Specialist to manage purchase orders, vendor communication, and ERP data entry. Ideal candidates have ERP experience, work well with global vendors, and are detail-oriented.


Responsibilities:

  • Place and track purchase orders

  • Communicate with domestic and international vendors

  • Maintain ERP system accuracy

  • Monitor inventory and support restocking

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams


Requirements:

  • 3+ years in purchasing or vendor service

  • ERP experience required (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Reliable work history
