Schedule: M-TH 7A - 3:30P, OT may be required

Responsibilities
As a Manufacturing Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Follow all safety standards and quality control procedures
- Perform cross-training across multiple operations and complete required training certifications
- Read and follow Operator Work Instructions (OWI) for a variety of production tasks
- Interpret Bill of Material (BOM) requirements accurately
- Replenish materials and stock for ongoing production
- Package products efficiently and stack goods on pallets
- Maintain accurate production logs and data sheets
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and your personal workstation
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Experience
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production line experience is a plus (but not required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Full range of motion: bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and squatting
- Must be able to stand and remain mobile for a full 10-hour shift
