Job Title: Office Coordinator 
Location: West Liberty, Ohio (On-Site)
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• $20 per hour

The Office Coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, customer interactions, and order entry. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and supporting both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
• Enter customer orders accurately into our system and maintain order tracking.
• Process invoices and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
• Maintain organized office files and records.
• Support internal departments with administrative needs as required.
• Ensure the front office area is welcoming and professional.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office coordinator role (manufacturing or machining industry experience a plus).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
