Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Administrative Support (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Potential Overtime, Including Weekends)
Pay Rate: $14.00
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide administrative support and maintain accurate records for our operations team. This full-time, first-shift position offers a steady schedule, opportunities for overtime, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliation of company information

Support order entry processes and investigate discrepancies

Expedite purchase orders and assist with pricing and inventory tasks

Complete special projects as assigned by the manager

Perform various clerical tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and listening skills
-
Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Electrical experience is a plus

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs., bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods
