Production Associate
Location: Sidney, OH
Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and Monday - Thursday | 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports daily production operations by maintaining cleanliness, meeting production goals, and assisting across multiple areas as needed. Ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Meet or exceed daily production rates and quality standards

Demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance

Work collaboratively with team members while supporting company vision and values

Provide professional courtesy and effective communication with all team members

Assist in multiple production areas as assigned

Support general manufacturing and labor tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications

Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift and 11 hours per shift for 2nd

Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed to move parts and materials

Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to work in various departments

Willingness to follow safety guidelines and production procedures
