Machine Operator

We are seeking a dependable Pulley Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team on first shift. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, handling materials, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Load and unload parts into production machinery safely and efficiently
• Operate pulley machines according to work instructions and production requirements
• Monitor machine performance and inspect parts for quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Handle and move materials and components as required
• Maintain accurate production flow while meeting quality expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of materials weighing between 2 and 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive loading and unloading tasks
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Hours: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM
