Production Associate – 1st Shift | $17/hr | 7:00 am to 3:00 pm | Thurs–Mon

Pay & Schedule
- $17.00/hour
- Schedule: Thursday–Monday
- Flexible to start early or stay late as needed
- Overtime available
Key Responsibilities
- Perform buffing, polishing, grinding, and sandblasting on large parts
- Assist with basic welding and finishing processes
- Operate pneumatic tools and hand tools
- Transport materials using:
- Overhead crane (will train)
- Forklift
- Pallet jacks / pump carts
- Maintain production flow and meet daily output goals
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Production roles commonly involve operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Handling large, heavy parts
- Team-oriented production floor
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, and stooping
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment
What We’re Looking For
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience with grinding, polishing, or fabrication is a plus
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours
