Your Mission
- Position components using fixtures and jibs with precision
- Execute flawless welds at ground level, elevated positions, and confined spaces
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Apply advanced welding techniques and maintain quality standards
- Meet project deadlines while following safety protocols
What You Bring
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year welding training or equivalent experience
- Expert-level MIG/TIG/Stick welding capabilities
- Blueprint reading skills and strong math aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
