General Labor / Production Associate

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team on second shift. This position involves assembly, material handling, quality inspection, and general production support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Perform barring operations on shafts according to production requirements
• Assemble housing carts and support material handling activities
• Prepare and process foam materials for production use
• Conduct thread checking and quality inspections to verify product specifications
• Assist with assembly and general production tasks
• Maintain production flow by supporting manufacturing operations as needed
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform general labor tasks
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Second Shift
• Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
