Order Filler Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable Order Filler Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment. This position is responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in a team-oriented environment.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify order accuracy prior to shipment or customer pickup
• Maintain organized inventory and storage locations throughout the warehouse
• Load materials and supplies for customer orders
• Assist customers with product pickup and order fulfillment
• Enter and maintain order and inventory information using computer systems
• Track inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment as required
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
